APS National After Hours Service – 24 / 7

With the ever increasing demands for a sustainable casual workforce throughout the transport, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and food industries, it has become more and more apparent the services offered by the labour hire industry not only needs to be tailored to the specific customers' needs, but these services need to be seamless in the transition from the day operations to the after hours operations.

At APS, our innovative and unique National After hours Branch is an extension of our National branch structure, no call centres, simply a continuation of our day to day operations, after normal business hours.

Timekeeping Flexibility

APS has a number of timekeeping solutions available for clients. We can also work with your existing timekeeping system, or provide an alternate solution to meet your payroll and reporting needs:

APS can link into our clients' electronic time keeping systems. Each contractor is loaded into the time keeping system and the electronic data is forwarded to APS so processing can be completed by the payroll office.
This is an easy to use Excel spreadsheet which calculates the break down of normal time, time and a half, double time, double time and a half and meal breaks. The calculator provides instantaneous costing. Our payroll department checks that the invoice matches to your costing, achieving reverse billing.
A group timesheet allows a number of contractors working at the one site to be listed on the same timesheet, with one supervisor signature required. The client is asked to fax this to the appropriate office.
The contractor will complete start and finish times and then request the supervisor to sign off as confirmation. The contractor will then email or fax through to the appropriate office.

The APS Guarantee

When you place an order with APS, you deserve dependable, efficient work from every APS placement.

If you are unhappy with any contractor on their first assignment, for any reason, notify APS within the first four-hours of the assignment. You will not be billed for that contractor and we will send out a replacement immediately.
If in the first three months of their employment, the successful candidate resigns or is found to be unsuitable; APS will replace the candidate free of charge.
