Temporary Placement
If you are unhappy with any contractor on their first assignment, for any reason, notify APS within the first four-hours of the assignment. You will not be billed for that contractor and we will send out a replacement immediately.

Permanent Placement
If in the first three months of their employment, the successful candidate resigns or is found to be unsuitable; APS will replace the candidate free of charge.*
