We provide staffing solutions. We recruit employees for permanent positions and provide contract labour for temporary and contract positions.

We will only collect personal information if it is necessary for our business of providing staffing solutions.
The personal information we collect includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, next of kin, education details, and information about individuals’ employment histories, skills and competencies.
In addition, we may collect driver licence numbers, bank details, tax file numbers and superannuation details, to the extent that we are permitted by law to do so.
We may also collect sensitive information. The sensitive information we collect may include information about an individual’s eligibility to work in Australia, criminal history, membership of a trade union, or health. We will only collect this information if we have consent, or if we are required by law to do so.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect to ascertain an individual’s suitability for permanent or temporary employment. With the information we collect we can identify an individual’s skills, competencies and experience, and provide the individual with ongoing employment opportunities.
We will not use personal information for any purpose other than as specified in the Collection Statement, or disclose personal information to any organisation or entity other than those identified in the Collection Statement, unless we have consent.
We may use your personal information to send you information about the services we provide. We will only do that with your consent. If you consent, and then change your mind, you can ask us not to use your personal information for that purpose again.
We may also use and disclose personal information for purposes related to public safety and law enforcement if we are entitled to do so under the Privacy Act 1988.
Accuracy of Personal Information
We periodically review our paper and electronic records to destroy personal information that we no longer need. We also correct any errors that you bring to our attention. This is to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up to date.

We protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We will destroy your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988, and other relevant laws and quality service standards.
Access to Personal Information
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you. If it is incorrect or out of date, we will correct or update it.
You should make your request to us in writing. In your request, you should clearly identify the personal information that you require.
We will verify your identity to ensure that we do not provide personal information to anyone who is not entitled to that information.
We may charge you an administration fee for the cost of providing you with access to the personal information we hold about you.
