We aim to attract, recruit and retain people of the highest character to both our permanent and casual workforces. At APS, people are not our greatest asset; the ‘right’ people are our greatest asset.
We have embraced the Character First! program wholeheartedly by encouraging our employees to recognise their peers on a daily basis. Building good character is not done in a day, a week or even a year, although tremendous progress is possible in a short time. Building good character requires a lifetime of commitment, awareness and effort!
