Our Integrated Logistics Group was established to service the unique requirements of the transport and logistics industry.

The group is a unique blend of multi-skilled drivers, warehouse and administration staff managed by professionals with an understanding of the logistics industry.
APS commenced operations in the western suburbs of Melbourne in 1993, initially providing industrial labour hire to a client base consisting predominantly of manufacturing and distribution operations.
Australian Personnel Solutions (APS) is 100% Australian owned and managed.

Our Directors have active, day-to-day, hands on roles in the business and our stable senior executive team covers operations, sales, finance, quality & OH&S.

APS has a flat management structure where staff are encouraged to be involved in planning, decision making and business improvement.
